Support a disadvantaged Australian worker by going to work for us for a day!On the 30th of June, we are asking you to pledge a day of your normal wage to keep a worker with a disability or mental health issue in gainful employment. Why?
- We're a leading social enterprise employing over twenty workers with a disability or mental health issue. - Almost 90% of our income comes from trade with no ongoing government or philantrhopic funding. - Research suggests it costs us 24% more to run as a social enterprise we need your help to meet this cost. How it works: 1) Pledge a day (or half day) of your normal salary to support a disadvantaged worker within the co-op, by: donating on the secure Westpac site (http://www.givenow.com.au/ncec) or by filling out a returning a pledge form (available on request from our contacts page) If you donate on the Westpac site also flick us an email on
